“We asked Participate to help us following a consultation to reconfigure our 999 control and contact centres in the North East, which was heavily criticized by some community leaders. Jonathan reviewed our consultation strategy and recommended that we held a series of focus groups to better understand some of the issues and concerns that had been raised during the consultation.
